Local library branches hold movie night, storytimes

Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29 – All branches of the Pamunkey Regional Library will be closed in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. Branches will reopen Saturday, Nov. 30 at their regular times.

Ashland Branch Library

Meet Katie Anderson Monday, Nov. 4, 7 – 8:45 p.m. Katie talks about her new book, Kiss and Make Up, a tale of sisterhood, family bonds, and finding your inner beauty. Refreshments provided by the Friends of the Ashland Library.

Teen Movie Night Friday, Nov. 8, 6 – 8 p.m. Ages 11 and up. See a great movie at the library. Pizza and beverages provided by the Friends of the Ashland Library.

Learning Microsoft Word Monday, Nov. 11, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Learn how to format, edit, and save documents in Word. You must call (804) 798-4072 or visit the library to sign up for this class.

Make and Take Thanksgiving Table Decoration Tuesday, Nov. 12 from 7 – 8:45 p.m. Ages 16 and up. Make a cute pumpkin decoration for your Thanksgiving table. Refreshments provided by the Friends of the Ashland Library.

Hanover Branch Library
