Ashland police arrest suspect in Martin’s, CVS robberies
Ashland Police have charged a suspect in the Nov. 24 robbery of a CVS pharmacy and the Nov. 10 grand larceny from a Martin’s pharmacy in town.
Acting on several tips from the community, Ashland officers apprehended 34-year-old Clayton Earl Boles yesterday at his residence in the 200 Block of East Omni Court.
Boles has been charged with robbery, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony and grand larceny. He is being held at Pamunkey Regional Jail without bond for these charges as well as an outstanding capias out of Chesterfield County.
