RSVP for volunteerism celebration

Hanover’s annual Spirit of Volunteerism Celebration will be Tuesday, May 6 at 7 p.m. in the Hanover High School auditorium. This free event is open to the public. The celebration pays tribute to all volunteers active within the county, as well as honoring Hanover’s Spirit of Volunteerism award nominees and announcing the 2014 award recipients.

This year’s special guest host is Michael Paul Williams, columnist for the Richmond Times-Dispatch and a longtime resident of Hanover County.

This inspiring community celebration will include music, entertainment and a light reception. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
