Zion Christian Church
The Disciples Men of Zion Christian Church in Beaverdam are holding a benefit baked potato dinner at the Christian Center Friday, Jan. 25 at 6 pm. Eat in or carry out. The cost is $6 for adults, $4 for children, and includes all the fixings for the potatoes, assorted beverages and desert. Net proceeds from the dinner will all go to help a local family in need.

Join us at Shiloh Baptist Church in Ashland, for “Keeping the Hope Alive” Saturday, Feb. 9 from 9 a.m. to noon. William H. Poarch, executive director of the Area Congregations Together in Service (ACTS), will share his organization’s work to close the door on homelessness through a “proactive and compassionate stance.” Please join us to learn what we can do to partner with ACTS and others to end homelessness in our community.
