      The monthly meeting of the Hanover Democratic Committee will be on Saturday January 11th at 10 Am at Ashland Coffee and Tea, located in the heart of Ashland at 100 N Railroad Ave. This month’s guest speaker will be Abbie Easter, Chair of the 7th Congressional District Committee and Chief of Staff for Senator McEachin. Always an invigorating speaker, Abbie will discuss the increasingly favorable prospects for the coming election run for the seat currently occupied by Mr. Cantor, and she will offer insights to the 2014 legislative agenda. All Hanover area Democrats are cordially invited to join us to celebrate the gubernatorial inauguration and the recent Democratic sweep of the top 5 state wide posts. If you are not attending the inauguration on Saturday please feel free to join us.

      7:00 pm – 9:00 pm

      No BS! Brass performs a special fundraiser concert at Hanover High School and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Hanover High School Band Programs.

      Tickets for the 1/16/14 concert can be purchased online for $8 ($9.27 with fees) at www.nobsbrass.brownpapertickets.com, using a credit card or PayPal, or at the door for $10 (cash or check only).

       

      Concessions will be available for purchase between sets. In addition, Hanover High Band Boosters are raffling off an iPad Air and iPad Mini before the finale. Raffle tickets are $5/each and can be purchased at the concert.
