National composer and musician, Ken has performed all over the world and was a frequent guest at the Crystal Cathedra. His concerts are filled with spontaneity and FUN!       Come join the Animal Adoption & Rescue Foundation celebrate their 11th Annual Paws in the Park fundraiser Saturday, May 5, at the Innsbrook Picnic Area – 4222 Cox Road in Glen Allen, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  There will be fun activities for kids and pets of all ages including a kid’s play area, puppy playground, vendors, animal rescue adoptions, live music, food, dog contests, door prizes and a silent auction!     1. 2012 Arthritis Walk (all-day)
      May 19

      Come out for a fun walk to support the Arthritis Foundation and the 50 million Americans living with arthritis. This free event features a three-mile and a one-mile course with activities for the entire family including educational booths, food, entertainment and more!

      Participants who raise $200 or more will receive a free ticket into the park to use the day of the walk.
      Discounted tickets will be available for participants who stay to have fun in the park after the walk is over.
