      The next Hanover Idols will be chosen during two exciting shows Sunday, Feb. 26. The Junior Idols Show starts at 3:30 p.m., and the Hanover Idols Show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets for the Hanover Idols show are on sale now for $7 each and may be ordered by calling the Hanover Arts & Activities Center at (804) 798-2728.     1. “Love Our Critters” Art Exhibition (all-day)
      Mar 1 – Mar 31

      The Hanover Humane Society and the Montpelier Center for Arts and Education will partner to offer the first annual “Love Our Critters” Art Exhibition. The Exibition will feature artwork from different media that are animal-themed; and will be on display at the Montpelier Center from March 1-31, 2012. The Fundraiser/Opening Reception for the Event will be held at the Montpelier Center for Arts and Education on Sunday, March 11, 2012 from 2-5pm. There will be additional auction items available during the Opening Reception as well.

      Artists and Photographers who may be interested in participating in this event are strongly encouraged to contact Lois Shipley, Art Gallery Director, The Montpelier Center for Arts and Education by phone at (804) 883-7378 or by email at lawshipley@embarqmail.com to obtain more information. The deadline for entry is Feb. 3, 2012. Proceeds from the event will benefit both the Hanover Humane Society and The Montpelier Center, both 501(c)3 non-profit organizations.
