Habitat for Humanity joins #Giving Tuesday

Hanover Habitat for Humanity has joined #GivingTuesday. Taking place Dec. 2, the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, #GivingTuesday will harness the power of social media to create a national moment around the holidays dedicated to giving, similar to how Black Friday and Cyber Monday have become days that are, today, synonymous with holiday shopping. #GivingTuesday will inspire people to take collaborative action to improve their local communities, give back in better, smarter

  • Ashland Train Station benefits from Garden Club’s beautification project

    Members of The Ashland Garden Club are excited about their project to beautify the Ashland Train Station and Ashland/Hanover Visitors Center. Starting mid-November, Greenfield Landscaping, LLC will begin removing hardscape and re-grading the .25 acres that surround the Visitors Center to accommodate new plantings, seating and new patio areas.  Justin Flagg, owner of Greenfield Landscaping, expects, weather permitting, that this initial construction will be completed by January.
