    Hanover County Public Schools’ kindergarten registration for the 2013-2014 school year is scheduled in the county elementary schools Thursday, April 11 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Children who will be age 5 by Sept. 30, are eligible for enrollment. Hanover County Animal Control will hold its final rabies vaccination clinic of the fall/winter season at the East Hanover Volunteer Rescue Squad building Saturday, Jan. 19, from 9 a.m. to noon.
