This video based interactive workshop is an opportunity to learn about recurring business owner mistakes. These mistakes can kill a business and the owner’s ability to retire in desired fashion or, minimally, destroy significant business value and substantially degrade owner retirement. This program will encourage the business owner to think differently about their business. Executing appropriate strategies to avoid these “killer” mistakes can be instrumental in the creation and preservation of significant business and personal wealth. Discussed topics include death or disability of business owner or key employee, succession planning, converting business value into personal wealth and minimizing estate taxes related to sale of business.
