Sarah Canatsey, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Brian Canatsey of Centreville, Virginia and Joshua Seim, son of Mr. and Mrs. Marc Seim of Hanover, Virginia were united in marriage May 29, 2016. The ceremony was held at half past five o’clock in the evening at The Manor House at Kings Charter in Mechanicsville, Virginia. Jeremiah Dillon officiated the wedding.
The maid of honor was one of the bride’s sisters, Jennifer Canatsey, and the matron of honor was the bride’s other sister, Katie Masey. Kristen Lipford, sister of the groom, was a bridesmaid. The bride’s childhood friend, Emily Osborne was a bridesmaid. The groom’s best man was friend Will Zak. Jack Canatsey, the brother of the bride, and Bryant Lipford, the groom’s brother-in-law, were groomsmen. The groom’s childhood friend, Harry Frasier, was a groomsmen.
The couple met while the bride was studying Fashion Merchandising at Virginia Commonwealth University. The bride now works in Richmond, Virginia as a recruiter. The groom is working on his degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences at Virginia Commonwealth University and working full time at Bon Secours St. Mary’s hospital lab.
The Couple went on a lovely trip to St. John, USVI for their honeymoon, and currently reside in Henrico, Virginia with their chihuahua, Coco, and two cats, Lucy and Daisy.
