Culinard, the Culinary Institute of Virginia College in Richmond, have announced the grand opening celebration of its new restaurant, Kitchen on Cary, located at 1329 E. Cary St. on Saturday, May 18, 2013 from 6 to 8 p.m. The event, titled “Wag and Wine,” will benefit the Richmond Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Richmond SPCA).
